DOOR ENTRY & DRESS CODE POLICY
Admission to Red Mantra is always down to our Head Doorman and Management’s discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we don’t feel is right for our venue.
Red Mantra operate an equal customer policy.
For all customers’ safety, please note Red Mantra have a comprehensive CCTV surveillance system in operation.
Our management and staff are fully committed to ensuring all guests receive the very best of food, beverages and service at all given times.
Every Friday, Saturday and Bank Holiday Sunday, Red Mantra operate an Over 23’s Entry Policy.
Red Mantra has a firm weekend door entry & dress code policy, and we expect our guests to make an effort when visiting our venue on all occasions. We operate an Over 23’s age limit & Patron ID Scanning Policy, but request that guests of all ages bring photographic ID (driving license or passport) to avoid any disappointment, if attending our venue for the first time. If no suitable ID is shown for scanning upon request, our Head Doorman and Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
Our dress code is smart casual or very smart, with only designer trainers permitted throughout the winter months. No casual images including hoodies and regular trainers shall be permitted. Strictly no sportswear is allowed, and we encourage all gentlemen to wear shoes or loafers where possible. Smart desert boots and brogues are also accepted. In the summer months on hot days, we allow smart tailored shorts for men. We’re proud to operate a smart casual or very smart dress code policy and such we will not compromise this for anyone. Any person found deliberately damaging any property or equipment belonging to Red Mantra, must reimburse the company in full or will be faced with court action. Patrons upon request will be subject to a random search, which could result in no entry.
No anti-social behaviour, chanting or songs, obscene, abusive and foul language will be tolerated.
At any given moment our Head Doorman and or Management, reserve the right to request ID for review via our Scanning System, or to refuse admission or refuse any further service to patrons.
